1. Free Inspection & Estimate

2. Tear-Off of Existing Materials
We remove the entire roofing system down to the deck. No re-roofs over old shingles. This ensures long-term performance and code compliance.
3. Decking Inspection & Repairs
We inspect the wood decking underneath. If we find rot, soft spots, or water damage, we replace only what’s needed — and document everything.
4. Installation of Modern Roofing System
We install a complete roofing system that includes:
- Ice & water shield (per Utah code)
- Synthetic underlayment
- Starter strips, ridge caps, and proper flashing
- Ventilation upgrades (ridge vent, box vents, etc.)
- Shingles or other roofing material of your choice
5. Clean-Up & Final Walkthrough
We perform a full magnet sweep and clean your property. Then, we walk you through the finished job and review warranty information.
