We offer free inspections to determine the severity of damage or wear. If the damage is isolated, repairs may be enough. If the shingles are curling, leaking, or 15+ years old, replacement may be a better investment.


Yes, if the damage is isolated and the surrounding materials are in good condition. However, patching may only be a temporary fix. We'll explain your options honestly and let you decide.

Insurance & Claims

Absolutely. We’ll meet with the adjuster, provide documentation, and handle supplements to make sure nothing is missed.


You’re responsible for your insurance deductible. We’ll help you understand your full claim so you know what’s covered.


If your claim is denied, don’t panic. We can review the adjuster’s report and help you determine if a reinspection or appeal is warranted. We only proceed with work once your claim is approved and funded — no pressure, no risk.


Your deductible is the portion of the claim you’re responsible for — just like with auto insurance. It’s illegal in Utah (and against most policies) for contractors to waive or absorb your deductible. We’ll help you understand exactly how much and when it’s due.


No. In most cases, your insurance carrier works off a set pricing system (Xactimate). We align our estimate with that scope and supplement anything they missed. Multiple estimates are usually unnecessary and can slow the process.


  • ACV (Actual Cash Value): The depreciated value of your roof, which is paid up front.
  • RCV (Replacement Cost Value): The total value to replace your roof.
    Once the work is complete, you can receive the recoverable depreciation (the difference between ACV and RCV) from your insurance company.


A supplement is a request to your insurance company for additional items or costs not included in the initial adjuster’s estimate — like code-required upgrades, missed damage, or decking replacement. We handle all supplement paperwork for you.

Yes! We work with reputable lenders and can provide monthly payment options after credit approval.


No. We typically require a small deposit to schedule your project, with the balance due upon completion. If your project involves insurance, payment is typically split between the initial insurance check, recoverable depreciation, and deductible.
